Monday - Breakfast: Oatmeal, flaxseed, a handful of raisins, 1% fat yogurt with honey and coffee
Lunch: grilled salmon with broccoli
Evening: taste a vegetable soup, a slice bread
Tuesday
Breakfast: two pears and a slice of melon, coffee with honey.
Lunch: Whole wheat pasta with olive oil, fresh basil and tomatoes.
Dinner: Chicken breast with cabbage salad
Wednesday
Breakfast: wheat germ, beans quinoa, flax seeds, raisins and yogurt.
Lunch: grilled salmon with broccoli.
Dinner: salad with bread Bulgarian.
Thursday
Breakfast: 400 g of cherries, coffee with honey.
Lunch: beef with lettuce.
Dinner: Cabbage soup with 2 slices of bread
Friday
Breakfast: yogurt, rye flakes, coffee with honey
Lunch: pasta with tomatoes whole
Dinner: boiled egg with tomato and carrot salad.
Saturday
Breakfast: scrambled eggs without oil 2 egg whites and one yolk
Lunch: a salad with all possible vegetables, along with a full foccacia
Dinner: grilled tuna broccoli
Sunday
Lunch: soup with bread
Dinner: Chicken Salad
You look in the mirror and like mind pencil outline of a body that you dream to have. Shaded areas that you would like to disappear when you snap your fingers, fill areas where you would like volume and try to draw the other lines that form your face, removing the "gum" those parts that do not fit into the picture. How nice it would be if everything would be done in one session!
